1. Booking & Reservation Terms

1.1 Reservation Process

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed after receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from Tanger City Center Residences.

1.2 Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. We accept bank transfers, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and cash payments in EUR or MAD.

1.3 Booking Modifications

Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Modifications must be requested at least 7 days before the original check-in date.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation Timeline

• More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund minus €50 processing fee • 15-30 days before arrival: 50% refund • 7-14 days before arrival: 25% refund • Less than 7 days: No refund

2.2 Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), alternative dates will be offered or full refunds provided without penalty.

2.3 No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will result in cancellation of the entire reservation with no refund.

3. Property Rules & Regulations

3.1 Check-in/Check-out

Check-in: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM (late check-in available with prior arrangement) Check-out: Before 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability and additional fees.

3.2 Occupancy Limits

Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number specified in the booking confirmation. Additional guests may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

• No smoking inside the property (€200 cleaning fee for violations) • No parties or events without prior written permission • No illegal activities • No pets unless specifically authorized • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

3.4 Property Care

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest.

4. Liability & Insurance

4.1 Guest Liability

Guests are liable for any damage to the property, furniture, or equipment caused by negligence or willful misconduct. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest.

4.2 Personal Property

Tanger City Center Residences is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure their valuables and consider travel insurance.

4.3 Injury & Accidents

Guests use all amenities at their own risk. The property owner is not liable for injuries or accidents occurring on the premises unless due to proven negligence.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

5.1 Data Collection

We collect personal information necessary for booking and legal requirements. This includes name, contact details, passport/ID information, and payment details.

5.2 Data Usage

Personal data is used solely for reservation management, legal compliance, and improving our services. We do not sell or share data with third parties except as required by law.

5.3 Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tangier, Morocco.

6.2 Complaint Procedure

Complaints should be reported immediately during your stay to allow for resolution. Post-departure complaints must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of checkout.

6.3 Limitation Period

Any claims against Tanger City Center Residences must be brought within one year of the date of the incident giving rise to the claim.
